The casual eatery, Anjung Selatan offers an authentic Malay food at reasonable prices. Their speciality, Siput sedut which is one of popular Malay dish, using a kind of sea snail cooked with coconut milk. You got to have a special technic, in my opinion, sucking the meat from the shell. The most crowed during the lunch time so you know it’s worth to give it a try. Open for breakfast & lunch.

たまたま近くに用があって来た初めてのエリア。お昼時に結構な人を集めているので店内へ入ってみる。案の定料理のバラエティは豊富。注文してからなのか、チキンや魚も目の前でゴレンしてくれている。怖くてずっーと貝類は避けてきたけど最近は平気で食してるこのSiput(シーポット）なかな良い味だしてました。自分で好きな物を好きなだけ盛って、勘定をしてもらういつものスタイル。Asam Padas(サワーなチリソース）が激辛❗️唇がヒリヒリを越して痛みに。。
