【Raya countdown———ハリラヤ準備】

Passed down from generation to generation, many recipes I got from my mother in-law are still our favourites today. They are all classic and traditional ones that all locals are familiar with. Kueh Mor which made form Ghee, flour, sugar and salt only, is one of the must-haves for our family. It brings back many memories of Raya gatherings!
あと一週間を切ったハリラヤ。義母からの計りを使用しないアバウトなレシピから幾つかの失敗を重ねたどり着いたKue Morーー毎年これだけは手作りにこだわってーー今では私の恒例行事。
