You can’t miss the KEDAI because there are always people queuing up to grab one of the best and famous street food in town. It is located near the junction of Jln Trus and Jln Ungku Puan, just opposite side of India Temple called Sri Mariamman Temple. It is just a simple stall but offers very nice yummy VADE. The Indian lady who runs the stall, is the key person for the creation of all items there. She is very focused and detail as she is proud of what she is serving customers! It must be the secret that her customer keep coming back.

チョッピリ辛い揚げスナックで、もともとはサウスインドが発祥らしいです。美味しいお店はどこへ行っても同じ原理で直ぐに見つかる、列が出来てるとついつい並びたくなるのは皆同じ。このお店を切り盛りしてるのはインド系ご夫婦。全ての料理のプロセスは奥さま担当で、（彼女が居なけりゃ店は開けられないだろう）何しろ揚げ用のパンは２つ。その管理からの油の火加減と同時に客の注文取りまでこなしている。。。彼女は始終真剣な眼差しで仕事に打ち込んでいる。。。そんな思いがヴァデェの味に伝わり、またその味を求めてリピータがやって来るというわけ。
