MMA is a combat sport and it is gaining a popularity among youth and young adults in Johor as well. It is said to be originated from Brazil and the key person whose name is Conde Koma, a Japanese Judo expert, was called toughest man who ever lived. Mr. Casey Sensei who trained in U.S and one of the strict instructor (I suppose ) in the academy,bringing his passion to the Academy. He says MMS is not just fighting but it is a Self-Enhancement and Self-protection. They welcome whoever knock their door!! 日本生まれらしいですがアメリカナイズされていらっしゃる陽気でとてもオープンな築山武志さんにお会い出来ました。いろいろな技があるMMAの奥はとても深く（それだから総合なのですが）最近若い年齢層から人気を得ているそう。子供から大人向けのクラス、もちろん女性の姿も見かけました。技の事だけでなくダイエット方やら効果的な筋肉のつけかたなどなどのお話しもあり、いい勉強になりました。KC先生ありがとうございました〜。Taman Austin近辺 にお住まいなら尚ラッキー。先ずは見学に来てください。
